Rajeev Madnawat

Attorney Rajeev Madnawat is licensed to practice law in the State of California, before the Federal Courts of the Northern District of California, the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the US Patent and Trademark Office. Rajeev is actively involved in various pro bono and community activities. He is a Milpitas Planning Commissioner (Milpitas). Rajeev has formerly served as the chair of the Community Advisory Commission (City of Milpitas). He has been recognized by the California Legislative Assembly for community leadership and was also awarded the Milpitas Citizen of the Year 2012 honor. Rajeev also serves as an arbitrator for CA Mandatory Fee Arbitration program. Rajeev is a founding board member and treasurer of the Milpitas Community Educational Endowment. Rajeev hold BSEE, JD and LLM degrees.





Garry Barbadillo

Attorney Garry Barbadillo independently manages his practice. Garry practices Family, Personal Injury and Bankruptcy law. Garry is licensed to practice before California state and federal courts. Garry is also a Milpitas Planning Commissioner and a community activist.




Caroline Forbes

Caroline Forbes was born in San Francisco and raised in Montecito. She attended Santa Catalina School for Girls and then recieved her Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts at the University of California at Santa Barbara. She earned a Master's in Social Work (MSW) at California State University at Stanislaus, with an emphasis on public child welfare/child protection, and graduated with a perfect grade point average. She later earned licensure and is currently a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She worked for ten years in Child Protective Services, including Adoptions. Caroline graduated from Monterey College of Law in 2007 and passed the Bar examination in 2008, all while working full time as a social worker. Caroline served as court appointed counsel for all dependent children of the Juvenile Court in San Benito county and is currently a Guardian Ad Litem (GAL) for court dependents in Santa Clara County. The primary focus of her law practice is family law. Caroline practices in divorce, child custody and employment law.
